Exchange or Return of products will only be considered if the product received is in damaged condition and subject to the following terms-
Claims must be raised within 24 business hours from the time of delivery. Failing to do so will result in rejection of the Claim.
Damages due to the user's mishandling by any means will not be covered under this Policy.
Once your return request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 7-21 business days. ( It takes 3-4 days to get the product picked up after pick up the product reaches the warehouse and there it will be verified. After the verification process within the next 5-7 working days, the refund amount will be transferred to the consignee account.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

- Compulsory unboxing video required to verify any damage claim.
- The product must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- To apply for a return one should have the invoice with them. Without invoice or receipt returns will not be accepted.
- Return will be accepted for the only damaged product delivered.
